Capital City Plastics Shipping Policy

At Capital City Plastics, we prioritize fair pricing on all our wholesale acrylic sheets. Please review our shipping and processing policy to understand the details regarding your order.

Processing Time:
We aim to process and ship all stock sheet orders within 3-5 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). While we strive to process orders sooner when possible, the latter timeframe may apply, particularly for palletized shipments. Orders requiring special cuts may experience additional processing time.

Palletized Shipments:
For any 48" x 48" or 48" x 96" sheets, your order will be palletized to ensure safe delivery. Please note that palletized shipments will incur additional charges, which will be calculated based on weight, dimensions, and destination. These charges will be provided as an additional invoice after checkout or during the quote process.

Shipping Rates:
We do not offer free shipping as our wholesale acrylic sheets are already priced appropriately for bulk orders. Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight, dimensions, and shipping destination of your order, ensuring transparency and fairness in pricing. You can view the final shipping cost during the checkout process before completing your purchase, unless your product needs to be palletized. 

Tracking Information:
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification containing tracking information. This will allow you to monitor the status of your shipment and estimate its delivery date.
