RETURNS/REFUNDS/EXCHANGES/CANCELLATIONS

At Capital City Plastics, we understand that changes happen. We are happy to cancel orders that have not shipped yet, but please note that a 5% cancellation fee will be applied to account for non-refundable credit card processing fees.

Returns on Stock Materials

We accept returns on stock materials up to 15 days after your shipment has been received. If 15 days have passed since the receipt of your order, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange. Within this 15-day window, we accept returns subject to a 15% restocking fee, provided that the items are unused and in the same condition as received. The items must also be in the original packaging.

Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will process your refund back to the original payment method.

You will be responsible for the return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. If your item’s value exceeds $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

*Gift cards, custom products, including all printed or made-to-order items, and sale items are exempt from returns. We also reserve the right to exclude stock products that have been customized with additional cuts, masking, or alterations.

Incorrect or Damaged Products

While we take great care in packing and shipping your order, sometimes mistakes can occur. If you receive a damaged, missing, or incorrect item, you must notify us within 7 days of receipt.

If a return label is provided, you must ship the product back within 7 days of receiving the label. If the return is not made within this timeframe, we are unable to offer a refund, and you may be required to send your own shipping label if you'd like the item returned.

Please Note: Our plastic sheets are sold in raw material form. Minor imperfections or chipping along the edges that do not affect the overall usability of the product should not be considered as damage. We allow a variance of up to 1/4" for scuffs and chips, and items with 95% or more usable space will not be replaced. In addition, please be aware that while most sheets are listed at specific dimensions, a slight variance may occur to account for potential margins of error or damage.
