Print & Cut File Format Guide

To ensure smooth production and the highest quality results, please follow the file format requirements below when submitting your Print & Cut orders.

General Requirements

All files must be properly sized, high resolution, and ready for production. Files that do not meet these requirements may delay processing or require resubmission.

Print Files

Accepted Formats

  • PDF
  • EPS
  • JPEG

Guidelines

  • Minimum resolution of 300 DPI
  • Colors should be in CMYK when possible
  • Artboard must match material size (12” x 18”, 12” x 24”, etc.)
  • Include ¼” margin around edges
  • All fonts must be outlined or embedded

Cut Files

Accepted Format

  • PDF ONLY

Guidelines

  • Vector cut lines must be clean and closed paths
  • Use CMYK RED stroke color for cut lines
  • No fills on cut lines
  • Must match print file size and layout exactly

Registration Marks

Both print and cut files must include registration marks. These must be placed in the same position on both files to ensure accurate alignment during production.

  • Size: 0.25” round
  • Color: CMYK Black

File Submission

You must upload TWO files for every Print & Cut order:

  1. Print File (artwork + registration marks)
  2. Cut File (cut lines + registration marks)

Files must be clearly named to avoid confusion:
Example: FirstNameLastNamePRINT / FirstNameLastNameCUT

Important Notes

  • We do not edit or adjust files unless explicitly agreed upon
  • Files that do not meet requirements may be rejected
  • Accurate setup ensures faster processing and better results
