A Pre-Flight Checklist for Perfect Production

1. General Checks

  • My artwork is at final size.
  • I have used the correct template for my project.
  • All text has been converted to outlines or embedded.
  • I have removed any notes, instructions, or hidden layers.
  • My files are named clearly and include my order number.

2. Print File Checks

  • Artwork is in CMYK color mode.
  • Resolution is 300 DPI at final size.
  • White ink layer is included when printing white.
  • Spot gloss layer is included when using spot gloss.
  • Registration marks are included for Print & Cut.

3. Cut File Checks

  • All cut lines are CMYK red.
  • The stroke does not need to be hairline; 1 pt is acceptable.
  • Cut file contains vector paths only.
  • No fills, gradients, or effects are applied to cut paths.
  • All cut paths are closed.
